For those of you who do not know me, 10 years ago I was a 280 lb. former high school football player who suffered from multiple ailments such as daily migraine headaches, allergies, regular bouts of bronchitis, sleep apnea, persistent heartburn, etc. I had lost my mother to a terrible string of chronic illnesses when I was in 6th grade, and just assumed that I was genetically destined to be sick my whole life. While studying jazz trombone performance at the University of Cincinnati's College Conservatory of Music, I met a jazz drummer named Brother Air that told me about a little known health book that helped him regain his health and vitality. Brother Air had been into the Mucusless Diet for almost 30 years and had taken its practice to new heights! I soon read the Mucusless Diet Healing System, and Rational Fasting, and was amazed at the information. Within six months I lost 110 pounds and overcame all of my major ailments--I threw away my C-Pap unit and got off all of the medicines I'd taken since childhood.

Since then, I have been privileged to help and inspire numerous people to also overcome their illnesses through my writings, music, and one-on-one discussions about the Mucusless Diet. I am also a professional jazz trombonist, Ph. D. candidate in ethnomusicology at the Ohio State University, and co-leader of an all-vegetarian jazz group that is dedicated to inspiring our listeners to pursue what we call 'physiological liberation.'
